More than 77% of National Economics students graduated with honors and excellent grades.

According to statistics from the National Economics University, the total number of full-time university graduates in the 2023-2024 academic year (including English programs and general programs) is 3,690. Of these, 38.48% graduated with honors and 38.69% graduated with honors. Thus, a total of 77.17% of students graduated with honors and honors.

Speaking at the ceremony, Prof. Dr. Pham Hong Chuong - President of the National Economics University - said that the special thing about today's graduation class is that you have had to go through a memorable challenge right from the first days of school (September 2020) due to the COVID-19 pandemic (December 2019), fighting the pandemic with the whole country, temporarily stopping school, studying online... But all of you have overcome all difficulties and challenges, adapting to the new circumstances and learning methods (Blended Learning).

According to Prof. Dr. Pham Hong Chuong, today's graduation ceremony is an important milestone in the life of each student. This is not the end but the starting point marking maturity, a transition for us to conquer new dreams together.

Representing the graduating students, Nguyen Da Thu Huong - Public Relations Class 62, Marketing Faculty - thanked the teachers and parents for supporting and creating conditions for them to achieve today's results.

Thu Huong said that the 62nd class is a special class because it has been greatly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The learning process is more challenging for her and other students than ever when they cannot directly interact with teachers. However, with the enthusiastic support of teachers and the efforts of each student, they have studied, trained and equipped themselves with the necessary skills to enter the labor market, ready to conquer a promising career.

"For us, the 4-year journey of studying, although not long, is to accumulate, practice, and confidently enter the working world . The joy is meaningless without the companionship and profound guidance of teachers" - Thu Huong shared.

In his message to the new graduates, Prof. Dr. Pham Hong Chuong - President of the National Economics University - said: " I believe that with your determination to study, your own will, and the systematic knowledge you have acquired at the university level, you will continue to seize opportunities, overcome challenges to reach new successes, and become talented entrepreneurs, managers, and leaders of industries, localities, corporations, and socio -political organizations throughout the country."
