The locality aims to reach a total output of 40,000 tons by 2030, becoming the largest crab farming center in Vietnam. Not only having economic significance, the Ca Mau Crab Festival 2025 is also an opportunity to position the tourism brand of Ca Mau, a peaceful land in harmony with nature.
Ca Mau owns nearly 150,000 hectares of forest recognized by UNESCO as a World Biosphere Reserve, along with prominent destinations such as Ca Mau Cape National Tourist Area and U Minh Ha National Park. This is a great potential for developing eco-tourism, experiencing typical cuisine, linking nature conservation with local economic development.
