Meeting to deploy electronic health books and issue criminal records on VNeID application

According to the report, implementing electronic health books, as of October 18, the whole province has integrated electronic health books on the VNeID application for 62,674 cases/570,232 permanent residents, reaching 10.99%; the province has also completed connecting the system for issuing criminal records on the VNeID application. Up to now, the Department of Justice has coordinated with the Department of Information and Communications to successfully submit 2 criminal records application files to conduct testing on the pro environment on the VNeID application. However, the Ministry of Health has not yet provided instructions on implementing electronic health insurance referral papers and electronic re-examination appointment papers on VNeID, causing difficulties in monitoring and urging the implementation of units.

Colonel Huynh Tan Hanh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Provincial Police Department, Deputy Head of the Working Group of Project 06 provinces chaired the meeting.

Speaking at the meeting, Colonel Huynh Tan Hanh, Director of the Provincial Police, Deputy Head of the Working Group of Project 06 provinces, requested the sectors, localities and units to urgently specify the tasks according to the direction of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in Directive No. 12 dated October 28, 2024. In particular, the Department of Information and Communications is requested to continue implementing investment solutions to upgrade and ensure essential information technology infrastructure as directed by the Ministry of Information and Communications ; urgently advise the Provincial People's Committee to issue documents guiding agencies and units to develop plans to ensure system security and safety to serve the process of operating, exploiting and using the shared data system and interconnected data at the Provincial Data Integration Center. Sectors and units urgently review and reduce fees for online public services; Continue to promote propaganda about the purpose, meaning and importance of Project 06, about the benefits of electronic identification accounts to raise general awareness and response of people and businesses; at the same time, strengthen activities and promote the role of community digital technology groups.
