The First Sports Festival in 2025 at Innovation Future Vietnam Co., Ltd.
These days, the atmosphere at Vietnam Future Innovation Co., Ltd. is more vibrant than ever as the First Sports Festival is taking place, attracting hundreds of employees. The festival includes many exciting competitions such as: 7-a-side men's football, men's and women's volleyball, tug-of-war, mixed doubles badminton, and sack race.
In every event, the spirit of sportsmanship was strongly ignited: the football field with its "fiery" matches and resounding cheers; the volleyball and badminton matches were played in an exciting and intense atmosphere; and the tug-of-war and sack race competitions were always filled with laughter. Beyond creating a joyful and unifying playground, the Congress also contributed to promoting physical training, improving health, and fostering a spirit of unity among all staff and employees, aiming to build a dynamic and sustainably developing Innovation team.
As a member of the Innovation Group (Hong Kong – China), Innovation Future Vietnam Co., Ltd. was established in July 2020, specializing in the research, development, and production of electronic devices, especially Bluetooth wireless headphones and high-end electronic components. Currently, the company employs 5,361 workers, of whom 5,341 are union members.
Given the characteristics of modern industrial production, the enterprise always prioritizes the strict implementation of the wage system, preventing any instances of wage arrears or delays, and ensuring the legitimate rights of employees. Average income reaches approximately 10 million VND per person per month, creating a foundation for employees to feel secure and committed, while also facilitating the Trade Union's efforts in caring for the material and spiritual well-being of its members.
To promote the role of the Trade Union in representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers, the Trade Union always proactively acts as a bridge between its members and enterprise leaders, contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations. It regularly disseminates the Party's guidelines and policies; the State's laws and regulations; the Labor Code, the Trade Union Law, and other regulations directly related to the rights and obligations of workers. Through this, it helps workers improve their legal understanding, clearly grasp their responsibilities in the workplace, and fosters consensus, proactiveness, and discipline throughout the company.
The Trade Union of Innovation Future Vietnam Co., Ltd. presented gifts to support the family of union member Nguyen Thi Huong, who is facing difficult circumstances.
Furthermore, the Trade Union proactively monitors the implementation of legal regulations within the enterprise and participates with the leadership in amending and supplementing the internal labor regulations, ensuring compliance with current laws and production conditions, while also reflecting the legitimate aspirations of the workers. Activities to visit, encourage, and support union members are always implemented promptly, practically, and effectively. The Trade Union also regularly organizes welfare programs such as "Tet Reunion," "Workers' Month," and "Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Health" initiated by the higher-level Trade Union, creating additional motivation and joy for employees.
During the past term, the Trade Union conducted regular visits to thousands of union members during times of illness, bereavement, and celebrations, totaling over 6.4 billion VND. In addition, a campaign to support union members in need was launched and received significant support, notably: 70 million VND for union member Dao Thi Sao, over 78 million VND for union member Mai Van Them, and over 100 million VND for union member Nguyen Thi Huong... These activities clearly demonstrate the care, sharing, and solidarity spirit throughout the company.
Ms. Nguyen Thuy Anh, Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Innovation Future Vietnam Co., Ltd., stated: "The Trade Union always strives to care for and improve working conditions and meet the living needs of its members, contributing to the overall improvement of workers' lives. We regularly monitor the situation to promptly answer questions, address legitimate requests, and ensure benefits and rights so that workers can work with peace of mind."
Furthermore, the Trade Union effectively implements patriotic emulation movements, encouraging members to continuously learn and improve their professional skills, contributing to increased productivity, quality, and efficiency in their work. At the same time, cultural and sports exchanges between departments and teams are regularly organized, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere, enhancing the spiritual life of members, and contributing to building a united and cohesive team, promoting the sustainable development of the company.
