Jadon Sancho suffers further embarrassment at Aston Villa

Jadon Sancho suffered further humiliation when he was substituted off the field in the match against Man City, even though he had replaced Buendia in the 29th minute.

This is only Sancho's second Premier League appearance for Villa this season, having previously been ill and struggling to recover.

At the end of the 2025 summer transfer window, Villa loaned Sancho for a season and agreed to pay 80% of the £200,000-a-week salary for the 25-year-old striker.
