Juventus FC's homepage confirmed the early termination of the contract with coach Igor Tudor and the Croatian coach's coaching staff.

The decision was made by the black and white team's leadership after a series of poor results on the field: losing 3 consecutive matches in all competitions, including a 0-1 defeat against Real Madrid in the Champions League group stage.

Juventus have also failed to score in their last four games and have lost eight since September 13 (beating Inter Milan 4-3).

Coach Tudor was appointed by Juventus to replace Thiago Motta in March 2025, having won 10 of his 24 times in charge of the Bianconeri.

The 47-year-old strategist still has a contract until June 2027, but was fired after 7 months.

Massimiliano Brambilla, 52, from the youth team was given temporary charge of Juventus before the club announced a new head coach.

There are two candidates emerging at the moment: coach Spalletti, who lost his job with the Italian national team in June, and coach Palladino, who is currently free after leaving Fiorentina at the end of last season.

Juventus have 12 points after 8 matches in Serie A and are currently ranked 8th on the table.
