During the first six months of the year (from October 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024), civil enforcement agencies in the province resolved 1,671 cases and collected 120.825 billion VND, achieving a rate of 77.6% in terms of cases and 34.5% in terms of money out of the total number of cases and money eligible for enforcement.
In particular, the enforcement of judgments regarding revenue collection for the state budget has yielded positive results. The civil enforcement agencies in the province have completed 1,165 cases, collecting 6.14 billion VND, achieving a rate of 83.2% in terms of cases and 44.5% in terms of money out of the total number of cases and amounts eligible for enforcement. Compared to the same period in 2023, the amount collected for the state budget decreased by 7.7%.

Regarding the monitoring of administrative enforcement, 10 cases have been completed, and 15 cases remain uncompleted and will be monitored in the next period. Of these, 6 cases have a decision requiring monitoring, and 9 cases do not yet have a decision requiring monitoring of administrative enforcement.
Coordination among localities, agencies, and units in the enforcement of civil judgments continues to be carried out closely and seriously, achieving positive results. Verification of judgment enforcement and requests for coordination in applying security measures and coercive measures for judgment enforcement have been met and supported by relevant agencies.
In the last six months of 2024, the Provincial Civil Enforcement Department will continue to streamline its organizational structure; maintain close and decisive management, direction, and operation; tighten administrative discipline and order; strengthen political and ideological education, cultivate moral qualities, sense of responsibility, and professional competence of civil enforcement officials; and focus on implementing comprehensive solutions to further improve the quality and rate of case and monetary settlements out of the total number of enforceable cases and funds.
