FPT Mobile Network has become the first network operator in Vietnam to deploy the process of activating the owner's SIM card through identity authentication using the national electronic identification account (VNeID).

Accordingly, customers using FPT mobile network can register and activate their own SIM card right on the FPT Shop application through identity authentication using VNeID account. This process demonstrates FPT Shop's efforts in promoting digital transformation and standardizing mobile subscribers, providing a safe, convenient and legally compliant network experience.

Customers can activate their own FPT SIM directly on the FPT Shop application with detailed instructions and guaranteed accuracy. Specifically, users log in to the FPT Shop application, select "Activate SIM", then choose to activate with an electronic identification account - VNeID to verify identification information.

The FPT Shop application will automatically link with the VNeID application to authenticate data and complete the activation registration. The entire activation process is absolutely secure, and the subscriber will be confirmed as the owner immediately after completing the registration steps.

Instructions for activating FPT SIM via VNeID application

Through the VNeID level 2 account authentication process managed by the Ministry of Public Security , customers are guaranteed accurate identity verification. FPT Shop always strictly complies with State regulations on security and safety of personal information throughout the process of data integration and storage.
