Opening ceremony at special schools in Phu Tho province

At To Hieu Secondary School ( Vinh Phuc Ward), the opening ceremony was attended by Mr. Bui Duc Hinh - Deputy Secretary of Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, along with leaders of the Department of Education and Training and local leaders.

After nearly two years of construction, in the 2025-2026 school year, To Hieu Secondary School officially came into operation, providing a spacious and modern learning space for students and teachers.

The school is built on an area of 11,511 m², including two functional areas: the Headquarters and classrooms (4 floors above ground and 1 basement), with 28 theory rooms and 15 subject classrooms; the 4-storey learning service block includes a multi-purpose hall, dining hall, library, swimming pool, equipment warehouse and subject classrooms. The total investment is over 195 billion VND.

This is not only a new school for hundreds of secondary school students, but also a symbol of educational development in Vinh Phuc ward, contributing to reducing the workload and improving the quality of training.

At Tam Duong High School (Tam Duong commune, Phu Tho), the 2025-2026 school year is welcomed as a milestone marking the 60th anniversary of its establishment (November 20, 1966 - November 20, 2026).

The school held an opening ceremony with the theme “Discipline, creativity, breakthrough, development”, and affirmed the outstanding results of the previous school year. The rate of students promoted to the next grade was 99.64%; good training accounted for 94.6%; achieved 207 provincial-level excellent student awards (an increase of 29 awards compared to the previous year, including 10 first prizes).

The high school graduation exam achieved a 100% passing rate, with an average score of 7.29, with 27 perfect scores and 50 students scoring 27 points or more; along with many titles and certificates of merit from the Government, Ministry of Education and Training, Provincial People's Committee and emulation and reward levels.

In the new school year, the school welcomes 1,492 students in 35 classes, continues to innovate methods, applies digitalization, and prepares to celebrate its 60th anniversary.

Tran Phu High School in Phu Tho province also welcomed its first school year in special circumstances. It was the first year the school officially operated and put into use after being newly built.

Tran Phu High School project started construction in November 2023 on an area of 2.2 hectares; total investment capital of 323 billion VND with full facilities to meet the learning needs of 1,600 students. Including 39 classrooms and blocks, functional rooms such as hall, multi-purpose hall, swimming pool, library, football field, principal's house, administrative block.

This is a typical educational and cultural project of the provincial education and training sector, built synchronously in scale and architecture with full modern equipment for learning, meeting the learning needs of children in Vinh Yen city and Vinh Phuc province.

The opening ceremony at all three schools is not only a ritual at the beginning of the school year, but also a prelude to educational journeys, where aspirations rely on quality to reach far, where modern inaugurations serve as a compass for innovation, and where a 60-year legacy overcomes challenges to continue to shine.
