Opening of Lam Dong Tourism Destination Experience Month 2025: Brand positioning, spreading identity

On the evening of September 6, at Lam Vien Square, Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat, the Opening Ceremony of Lam Dong Tourism Destination Experience Month 2025 with the theme "Lam Dong - Convergence of quintessence, Connection of emotions" took place in a joyful atmosphere. The event marked the beginning of a series of activities to stimulate tourism, honor indigenous culture and spread the image of a new, dynamic and unique Lam Dong.

In his opening speech, comrade Dinh Van Tuan emphasized: The merger of the three provinces of Lam Dong, Binh Thuan and Dak Nong has opened up a vast development space, rich in potential and full of prospects. The new Lam Dong has become a land converging unique cultural, natural and human values, creating a rich tourism ecosystem: From cool green plateaus, vast primeval forests to beautiful long beaches. Destinations such as: Da Lat - "Europe in the tropics", Mui Ne - "A precious gem on the East Sea", or Ta Dung - "Ha Long Bay on the plateau" ... have positioned Lam Dong as a diverse and attractive destination.

Lam Dong Tourism Destination Experience Month 2025 will bring a series of rich cultural, tourism, commercial and sports events across the province. This is an opportunity to spread the message of a friendly, hospitable land, rich in cultural identity and full of emotions. The province is committed to preserving, embellishing and promoting historical relics, traditional craft villages, and unique cultural festivals; at the same time, innovating and improving the quality of tourism products and services, creating a unique mark.

After the solemn opening ceremony, an art program with 15 unique performances took place, combining music, dance, projection, lighting and modern stage effects, including 2 chapters: Convergence of the quintessence and Emotional connection.

The chapter “Convergence of the elite” opened with the medley “Lam Dong: Thousand flowers - Blue sea - Great forest” showing the convergence of the new Lam Dong, with its cultural, human, and natural characteristics, along with the picture of solidarity of the ethnic groups. Next were songs such as: “Tay Nguyen love song”, “Green rendezvous”… performed by famous artists, touching the emotions of the audience.

Singer ISAAC participated in the art performance night and received support from a large young audience.

The chapter “Connecting emotions” includes creative works such as: “Scent of lotus on sunny days”, “Who goes to the land of peach blossoms”, “Hoai thu”, “Rung vang bien bac” (Golden forest, silver sea), “Nguyễn là người Việt Nam”, “Hoanh quang dang chang ta” (Waiting for us)… bringing to the audience the image of the beautiful homeland of Lam Dong, along with the message of community connection, national pride and aspiration to reach far.

The closing performance “The New Road” and the chorus “Joining Hands” in the setting of brilliant fireworks and sparkling lights opened a new promising chapter for Lam Dong tourism.

The program featured the participation of artists: Meritorious Artist Thu Thuy, Meritorious Artist Vo Hoang Oanh, Vo Ha Tram, Dong Hung, ISAAC, Quoc Dai, Cao Dong Nghia, Phuong Hieu, Nhat Minh... along with a group of singers and actors from Lam Dong Art Theater, Bong Sen Traditional Music and Dance Theater and dance troupes from Ho Chi Minh City performing with dedication, bringing moments of sublimation.

The opening program combined with an art performance night welcomes visitors with all the love and connection opportunities of Lam Dong people to visitors from near and far.

After the opening night, a series of diverse activities will be held in localities throughout the month of the event, such as: surveying tourism products; displaying and introducing OCOP products and typical agricultural products; organizing Mui Ne Street Culture Month; ethnic music and culture space; tourism stimulus program; and response activities of communes, wards and special zones.
