Awards were presented to 16 collectives and 18 individuals for their work in legal aid in 2025.

On December 12th, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Council for Coordination of Legal Dissemination and Education organized a training conference to enhance the capacity of legal aid providers and to summarize and reward organizations and individuals with outstanding achievements in legal aid work in 2025.

At the conference, delegates were briefed on several aspects of the Juvenile Justice Law, the coordination of legal aid between the courts and the Provincial State Legal Aid Center, and discussed and evaluated the results of legal aid work in 2025.

Following the merger of Ninh Thuan and Khanh Hoa provinces, the legal aid organization in Khanh Hoa province has been streamlined, reorganized, and is becoming increasingly effective. Commune-level authorities have also proactively coordinated with the center in disseminating information and providing legal support to the people. The development of legal aid specialists into legal aid assistants has received attention. Notably, all cases are updated by the center on the National Legal Aid Organization and Operation Management System (https://qltgpl.moj.gov.vn). From July 1st to December 10th, 2025, the center handled 708 legal aid cases, including 700 cases involving litigation and 8 cases involving representation outside of litigation; it also organized 40 legal aid communication conferences for the elderly, neighborhood leaders, village elders, community leaders, people with disabilities, and ethnic minorities, attracting thousands of participants. In terms of coordination, the legal aid officers assigned to be on duty at the court received and guided 67 cases requesting legal aid.
