Special training course at Viglacera Aerated Concrete Company

(Viglacera) Recently, Viglacera Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Joint Stock Company organized a special training course related to production technology, installation techniques of AAC block walls and ALC wall panels for more than 15 agents in the Northern region.

Mr. Nguyen Hong Phong, Director of Viglacera Aerated Concrete Company, delivered the opening speech of the Training Course.

AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) block bricks and ALC (Autoclaved Lightweight Concrete) wall panels are two outstanding products in the product portfolio of Viglacera autoclaved aerated concrete, known for their good sound and heat insulation, light weight and high durability.

This is a product with many outstanding features compared to traditional materials, green and environmentally friendly. But it comes with the requirement of synchronous construction and installation solutions, using the right functions and features, then the product will fully demonstrate its effectiveness. This new type of material has construction requirements that must comply with appropriate technical standards.

Therefore, in his speech at the event, Mr. Nguyen Hong Phong - Director of Viglacera Aerated Concrete Joint Stock Company said: "We, the material manufacturer, have released version 01 of the construction and use instructions for AAC block and ALC panel products and have worked with domestic and foreign construction and material experts to draft training documents for Viglacera's agents to systematize knowledge from production technology, product features, construction methods, and installation of Viglacera's autoclaved aerated concrete products". This training course was certified by the head of Viglacera College for students who met the requirements of the training program.

At the event, dealers were given detailed instructions by leading experts in the industry on the installation process, technical standards, and how to handle complex situations during construction.

In the context of an increasingly competitive construction market, improving the knowledge and technical skills of agents is to give them more opportunities to better understand the products, improve installation methods, thereby improving competitiveness and bringing added value to their customers.

One of the objectives of the Training Course through this force is to deploy step 2 training to their unit's staff as well as the system of construction contractor teams in their ecosystem. This is only the initial training course and the Aerated Concrete Company will organize more subsequent courses with the motto of being more effective and practical.

The training course was designed by Dr. Nguyen Trong Lam - Head of Construction Materials Technology Department, Faculty of Construction Materials, University of Construction, PhD in aerated concrete research in Japan.

The Company's leaders hope that Dr. Nguyen Trong Lam, with this new training method, will help agents gain more practical knowledge and have a vision of the wider world revolving around the Company's product axis.

The training course is built on the spirit of two-way exchange to perfect skills as well as integrating theory and practice.

In addition, Dr. Nguyen Trong Lam also provided a solid foundation of principles and standards in erection. In return, the agents also frankly shared their experiences from the actual construction process, helping everyone to perfect the erection methods suitable for the scale and types of different works and projects. This training session in the spirit of two-way exchange opened the door for flexible application of erection techniques, thereby ensuring the efficiency and sustainability of each project.
