Previously, at around 2:00 p.m. on September 9, after receiving a report from the people in Dap Da hamlet, Tan Hoi commune, that a group of people were gambling in the form of dice shaking for money, Tan Hoi commune police coordinated with the Criminal Police Department of the Provincial Police to conduct an inspection and caught 14 subjects red-handed gambling.
Evidence seized at the scene included more than 5.2 million VND, 70 million VND and some gambling tools were seized from the suspects. At the police station, the suspects admitted their violations.
