The 7th Trade Union Congress: Exciting atmosphere, faith and expectation
On the afternoon of November 14, 2025, Sao Vang Company Limited's Trade Union solemnly held the 7th Congress. The Congress was honored to welcome Comrade Nguyen Anh Tuan - Member of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, City Party Committee Member, Chairman of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation to attend and direct. His presence was a great source of encouragement for the Trade Union and all employees.
Also attending the Congress were comrades in the Congress Steering Committee; the Company's Board of Directors; factory leaders; and 120 outstanding delegates representing 6,357 union members - an important force contributing to the position of Sao Vang today.
The Congress space was brilliant with flags and flowers with a welcoming art program and a solemn flag-saluting ceremony before proceeding with the contents according to regulations: electing the presidium, secretariat, and delegate qualification review committee; approving the program and working regulations.
The highlight of the Congress is the Political Report for the 2023-2025 term, clearly demonstrating outstanding results in caring for workers' lives, protecting their rights, and building a united and creative working environment; while also setting out breakthrough directions for the new term. The grassroots presentations demonstrate a strong spirit of innovation and determination to improve the quality of Trade Union activities.
The Congress announced the Decision to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Inspection Committee, President and Vice President of the Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term. The 7th Executive Committee was introduced to the applause of all delegates.
In his speech, comrade Nguyen Anh Tuan acknowledged the efforts of Sao Vang Trade Union and suggested continuing to innovate, listen to workers, and promote practical emulation movements. Representative of the Company's leadership, Mr. Trinh Dinh Vu - Deputy Director, expressed his hope that the Trade Union will continue to promote its role as a bridge, building a workforce with "firm skills - firm spirit - firm faith".
In the spirit of Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development, the Congress unanimously passed the Resolution for the 2025-2030 term and closed in an atmosphere of trust and excitement.
Closing of the Sports Festival to welcome the Congress: Exciting - Solidarity - Collective Cohesion
Continuing the spirit of the Congress, on the afternoon of November 15, 2025, Sao Vang Company Limited's Trade Union held a closing ceremony and the Sports Festival to welcome the 7th Trade Union Congress. The Sports Festival took place over 4 weeks, with the enthusiastic participation of a large number of employees at the Company's factories.
The ceremony at Sao Vang An Lao Shoe Factory was attended by Ms. Nguyen Kim Thuy - General Director of the Company; Mr. Cheng Chun Chuan - Representative of Stella Partner; along with the Company's Board of Directors and Factory leaders. The attention and encouragement of the leaders created an exciting atmosphere for all the employees.
The sports festival consists of two main events: group running and sack jumping, divided into 5 exciting competitions. The competitions are organized in a safe and healthy manner, demonstrating the spirit of solidarity, effort and team cohesion.
The Organizing Committee assessed that the Sports Festival was a great success, contributing to improving spiritual life, encouraging the sports movement and creating a useful playground for employees after stressful working hours. Representatives of employees expressed sincere thanks to the General Director, the Company's Board of Directors, factory leaders and departments for creating favorable conditions for the Sports Festival to take place smoothly.
Closing the series of activities - Opening a new term full of expectations
Two important events taking place consecutively have created a vibrant atmosphere, spreading the spirit of solidarity throughout Sao Vang Company Limited. The Trade Union Congress and Sports Festival not only affirm the role of the Trade Union organization in caring for the lives of workers but also demonstrate the new spirit and new aspirations of the whole collective on the journey towards the goal of sustainable development.
