On the afternoon of August 26, the Working Group to inspect and support the operations of the public administrative service centers of communes, wards and special zones of An Giang province inspected and supported the operations of the Public Administrative Service Centers of Ha Tien and To Chau wards.

The working group inspected the arrangement of headquarters, equipment serving operations and the arrangement of organization and personnel at the public administrative service center; the operation of transmission systems and information technology infrastructure serving the reception and settlement of administrative procedures; propaganda work, guiding people about transaction locations and new administrative procedures...

After a period of operation, the civil servants of the public administrative service center always uphold the spirit of supporting people and businesses when they come to contact administrative procedures, they are guided enthusiastically, thoughtfully and promptly, creating high satisfaction for the people.

Reporting to the working group, the Public Administration Service Center of Ha Tien and To Chau wards presented the difficulties and problems after a period of operation. In particular, they were mainly related to equipment, software, personnel, and unsynchronized processes; difficulties in receiving and processing documents, etc.

Regarding the difficulties and proposals of the two wards, the working group recorded and compiled them and sent them to relevant departments and branches to promptly provide instructions on handling measures.
