After a period of operation, the civil servants at the public administrative service center have consistently demonstrated a spirit of support for citizens and businesses. When contacting them for administrative procedures, they receive attentive, thorough, and timely guidance, resulting in high levels of citizen satisfaction.
Reporting to the task force, the Public Administrative Service Centers of Ha Tien and To Chau wards presented the difficulties and obstacles encountered after a period of operation. These mainly involved equipment, software, personnel, and inconsistent procedures; difficulties in receiving and processing applications, etc.
Vo Van Tu, Deputy Director of the Public Administrative Service Center, Office of the People's Committee of An Giang province, spoke at the working session with Ha Tien ward and To Chau ward.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Vo Van Tu, Deputy Director of the Public Administrative Service Center, Office of the People's Committee of An Giang province, highly appreciated the efforts of To Chau and Ha Tien wards in operating the ward-level public administrative service centers.
Regarding the difficulties and suggestions from the two wards, the working group noted and compiled them to send to the relevant departments and agencies for guidance on handling measures as soon as possible.
