The 22nd session of the 15th Provincial People's Council conducted questions and answers

On the morning of July 10, under the chairmanship of comrades: Mai Van Tuat, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Bui Hoang Ha, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Hoang Van Kien, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, the 22nd session of the 15th Ninh Binh Provincial People's Council continued to work, conducting questions and answers.

Attending the meeting were comrades: Pham Quang Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, leaders of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Provincial People's Committee; Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; leaders of departments, branches, sectors, and mass organizations of the province; leaders of the People's Council, Chairman of the People's Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of districts and cities.

Delegates attended the opening question and answer session.

The content of the questioning received a lot of attention from voters and people.

Speaking at the opening of the question and answer session, Mr. Mai Van Tuat, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, said: At this session, the Provincial People's Council focused on questioning two groups of issues that were of interest to many voters and people, namely: The group of issues on "Maintaining and developing provincial-level OCOP products" and the group of issues "Arranging the organizational apparatus and implementing the autonomous mechanism of public service units in the health sector".

Comrade Mai Van Tuat, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, said: Regarding the questioning method, delegates raise questions in groups of 2-3 delegates. The person being questioned directly at the meeting answers fully, concisely, and goes straight to the issue that the Provincial People's Council delegate questions, clearly identifies collective and individual responsibilities, sets out tasks, solutions, and time to overcome limitations. In case the Provincial People's Council delegate does not agree with the content of the question, he/she has the right to question again or debate with the person answering the question. Other delegates are invited to attend the meeting to participate in the response of the Provincial People's Council delegate on the responsibilities of their agencies, localities, and units. After the leaders of departments, branches, agencies, and units answer the questions, the Provincial People's Council invites the representative of the Provincial People's Committee to answer questions within their authority, or clarify the contents at the request of the Provincial People's Council delegate.

In order for the question-and-answer session to achieve good results, he requested that the delegates of the Provincial People's Council, leaders at all levels and sectors, during the questioning and answering process, should be frank and responsible in a constructive spirit to jointly resolve difficulties and obstacles in State management of the groups of issues raised in the question-and-answer session, contributing positively to the socio- economic development of the province, meeting the legitimate needs and aspirations of voters and people in the province.

Removing difficulties in developing provincial OCOP products

Mr. Vu Nam Tien, Member of the Provincial People's Committee, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development answered questions.

After the speech of the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Council delegates proceeded to question the first group of issues: "Maintaining and developing provincial OCOP products".
