Participating in the discussion on the results of the implementation of the socio-economic development tasks in 2025 and the socio-economic development tasks in 2026, the Provincial People's Council delegates said that it is necessary to divide the regions in line with local characteristics to ensure that the targets are realistic and feasible. The province needs to have a mechanism to support small and micro enterprises to promote the role of the private economy and quickly bring Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW on private economic development into life. The delegates also proposed to issue a comprehensive resolution on agriculture in each region, maximizing the advantages of key crops besides tea trees and tea products.
Regarding the reports in the field of culture and society , delegates highly appreciated the quality of the content, especially the draft Resolution regulating the level of financial support for folk performing arts clubs; cultural, artistic and sports clubs at commune and ward levels in the province for the period 2026 - 2030. Delegates expect that, when passed, the Resolution will contribute to encouraging and promoting the cultural, artistic and sports movement at the grassroots level; at the same time, preserving and promoting national cultural values, better meeting the cultural enjoyment needs of the people.

In addition, many opinions suggested reviewing the support conditions for folk performance clubs, because the requirement of having outstanding artisans or folk artisans is currently only suitable for about 27 communes in the whole province. Delegates also proposed to study and supplement support policies for clubs in villages, hamlets, and residential groups to ensure inclusiveness and practicality.
Regarding the policy of training and fostering cadres, delegates suggested that the province continue to pay attention to providing additional support for village and hamlet cadres and non-professional cadres when participating in training and fostering classes at the commune-level political center. At the same time, it is necessary to have a policy to attract high-quality human resources in the fields of health and education, especially for communes in the northern region of the province. Regarding the capital source of the national target program, it is recommended to have solutions to improve disbursement efficiency, especially in communes in the northern region; at the same time, consider adjusting poverty reduction targets to suit reality...
Regarding the report summarizing voters' opinions and recommendations sent before the 9th Session of the 14th Provincial People's Council, some delegates proposed to add content such as: Early decision on the number of Vice Chairmen of the People's Committee at the commune level according to the provisions of the Government's decree; requesting competent agencies to inspect, repair, upgrade damaged clean water works and build new works, ensuring that people in areas without clean water can soon access and use it.
