Accordingly, TPBank will pay dividends at a rate of 5%, meaning that shareholders owning 100 shares will receive 5 new shares. With this plan, TPBank plans to issue more than 132 million shares, corresponding to a total issuance value at par value of nearly VND 1,321 billion.
The source of payment is taken from undistributed profits after setting aside funds, as of December 31, 2024, based on the audited Consolidated Financial Statements.

If the issuance is successful, TPBank's charter capital will increase from VND26,420 billion to nearly VND27,741 billion. The additional capital will be used to invest in technical facilities, develop information technology, expand the business network and supplement medium and long-term capital for business operations.
On October 8, 2025, TPBank received Official Dispatch No. 8776/NHNN-QLGS from the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) approving the increase in charter capital by a maximum of nearly VND 1,321 billion. SBV requested TPBank to increase capital in accordance with legal regulations, including compliance with the shareholder ownership limit under the Law on Credit Institutions 2024.
The 5% stock dividend plan is part of the 2024 profit distribution plan approved by the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM).
Previously, the General Meeting of Shareholders approved a plan to pay a 10% cash dividend (VND 1,000/share), also from undistributed profits in 2024. TPBank completed the payment of this plan to shareholders in May 2025.
Regarding business performance, according to the financial report for the third quarter of 2025, TPBank recorded pre-tax profit of VND 1,850 billion. Accumulated in the first 9 months of 2025, the bank's pre-tax profit reached VND 5,900 billion. Compared to the profit plan of VND 8,500 billion for the whole year of 2025, TPBank has completed 69.4% of the target.
As of September 30, 2025, TPBank's total assets reached VND380,000 billion, an increase of 8% compared to the beginning of the year. Outstanding credit recorded a growth rate of 12%. The ratio of bad debt to total outstanding debt of the bank was at 2.1%.
