During the meeting, the delegation highly appreciated Co.opmart's Tet holiday service. The supermarket ensured a stable supply of Tet goods at stable prices, and maintained food safety and hygiene standards throughout all stages of its business operations. In particular, to meet the diverse shopping needs of consumers, Co.opmart focused on boosting online sales; implementing electronic payments, home delivery for customers, and proactively connecting with provinces and cities to readily supply and deliver Tet gift baskets to consumers. 
Mr. Nguyen Anh Duc – General Director of Saigon Co.op – reported that the purchasing power of the entire system is gradually increasing by 15-20% each week in preparation for Tet (Lunar New Year). From the 26th to the 30th of Tet (from now until February 9th) is the peak shopping period for Tet, so Co.opmart, Co.opXtra, Co.op Food, etc., are focusing their resources, continuously stocking Tet goods on shelves, and offering strong promotions on Tet items such as banh chung (sticky rice cake), banh tet (cylindrical sticky rice cake), pickled onions, fruits for the five-fruit tray, and ancestral altar offerings. Currently, Saigon Co.op has also extended its operating hours from 6 am to 10 pm and is concentrating resources to better serve the needs of the people, especially during peak hours from 9 am to 11 am and 4 pm to 8 pm.
