On the morning of July 26, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council - Nguyen Van Duoc led a delegation of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Long An province, departments, branches, sectors, mass organizations of the province, together with officials and people of Tan An city and Thu Thua district to visit the provincial Martyrs' Cemetery on the occasion of the 77th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2024).

In a solemn atmosphere, the delegation respectfully laid a wreath with the words "Forever grateful to the heroic martyrs" and offered incense at the National Monument; at the same time, observed a moment of silence to commemorate the heroic martyrs and express their respect and infinite sorrow for General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong - a virtuous and talented leader who devoted his life to the country and the people.

After the incense offering ceremony, delegates came to burn incense at the graves of heroes and martyrs to express deep gratitude to the outstanding children of the country and homeland of Long An who did not spare their blood and bones, fought bravely and sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the peaceful life of the people.
