Having been in the teaching profession for 38 years, Dr. Le Xuan Trung - Vice Principal in charge of Le Loi High School for High Quality, together with the school's teaching staff, is always dedicated, united, and caring for students so that they can develop comprehensively in a quality educational environment, filled with love and respect.

This is the third time the school leaders have conducted a dialogue, answering all questions from nearly 1,000 students about questions related to school life, relieving exam pressure, career counseling, and some wishes and aspirations when teachers and students will soon be transferred to the newly built school.

Many questions from students were answered in detail by teacher Le Xuan Trung right in the school yard.

Male student Tran Trung Hieu from class 10A5 asked: If you could change one thing in the learning environment or school life to make the students better and more meaningful, what would you want to change, Principal?

According to Dr. Le Xuan Trung, the first thing is that teachers must constantly change their teaching methods and educational methods to attract students the most. Second, students need to change their perceptions, thinking, and learning and training methods. Third, teachers and students must have a friendly, civilized, and intellectual relationship so that students can be passionate about training and exploring in a safe and happy environment every time they go to school.

Tran Tra My - a student of class 11A4, stated that in the high school graduation exam for university admission, a student may have to compete with 5-10 other students if they want to pass the exam, the pressure to study is getting higher and higher. So, do you have any way to reduce the pressure to study for students?

Sympathizing and sharing about this reality, Dr. Le Xuan Trung said that currently, students are under a lot of pressure in exams, especially each final exam season, and ability assessment exams to choose their favorite universities.

To reduce the pressure on students, the first thing is to choose a major and a school that is suitable for their abilities, not depending on the wishes of their parents and relatives. At the same time, students need to have a suitable learning method for the subjects and majors they have chosen. That requires effort from themselves, teachers, and family support.

"In addition to trying to study to conquer the dream you have chosen, you also need to allocate time between studying, resting, and entertaining in the most reasonable way. In particular, teachers always accompany you so that you can study while playing, play while learning" - Dr. Le Xuan Trung advised.

School leaders always listen and share all students' thoughts and feelings to answer thoroughly.

At the program, a student representative from class 12A5 asked: What measures will the school take to make students feel happy, safe and respected when coming to school?

The school leaders have proposed a group of measures to educate students such as: Comprehensive education, creating many playgrounds for students to improve themselves. The school constantly calls on and closely directs teachers to constantly innovate teaching and learning, how to make students interested in each lesson; always listen to the voices, wishes and desires of students.

Even if they have shortcomings and mistakes, according to Mr. Le Xuan Trung, teachers must have an approach, share, sympathize and be forgiving to help students improve themselves. We must do something so that students do not miss going to school and every day at school is a happy day, then students will want to go to school.

Besides answering students' questions, Le Loi High School also has meaningful activities such as the school dream tree, where students will hang their dreams on the tree along with messages and wishes they will fulfill in the future.

The school dream tree is where students attach their thoughts and wishes for the future.

Along with that, the school also sets up a future journey board for students to stick their dreams on, the immediate and long-term goals of each individual. From the determination to pass the university entrance exam, to get into the school they want or further to become a soldier, doctor, engineer, pilot, journalist, flight attendant, game designer or martial artist...
