Installing 27 LED screens to serve the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory

The implementing units installed 27 high-quality LED screens with sizes ranging from 4 - 6m. In Dien Bien Phu city alone, 15 large LED screens were installed in the following areas: 7/5 Square, Dien Bien Phu City Square; Dien Bien Phu Victory Monument Ceremony Ground; Dien Bien Airport, A1 Martyrs Cemetery Ground; Hoa Ban Park; Noong Bua Park and the Multi-purpose Gymnasium area... These are the locations of the main roads - where the parades and marches pass through.

In order to ensure the progress of installation and safe operation of the Led screen system, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the provincial departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to coordinate and work with Prowtech International Vina Joint Stock Company (sponsor) to install Led screens (according to surveyed and selected locations) in the locality. Direct local units to ensure the supply of 3-phase power to the location where the Led screen is installed. Prepare 02 sets of audio equipment (amplifiers, speakers) to ensure the capacity to connect to the system from May 3 to May 7, 2024. Assign the Provincial Police to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Information and Communications to be responsible for ensuring network security and safety, content shown on the Led screen and ensuring security and order in the areas where the Led screen is displayed.

Localities also focused on propagating and mobilizing local people to gather at the location where the LED screen was installed to watch live television broadcasts of the celebration and parade to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory on May 7, 2024.
