The center has 5 transaction counters, 5 computers, 3 printers and 1 scanner; there is an area to support searching and digitizing online public services; a waiting room, guidance, support for disadvantaged groups to perform administrative procedures...

Mr. Pham Tien Lam in Ward 5 said: "Previously, to resolve some administrative procedures, I had to submit documents from the commune to the district, which took a lot of time. But since the two-level local government came into operation, documents were received and processed quickly, saving time and travel costs. During the process of completing the documents, I was enthusiastically guided by the staff of the Quan Son Commune Public Administration Service Center, so I was very satisfied and confident."

When coming here, people can access convenient administrative services, shortening time and reducing travel. In the coming time, the center will continue to improve the quality of its operations; encourage civil servants and employees to actively study to improve their qualifications and professional skills to serve the people better and better.

Along with improving the quality of public administrative services, Quan Son commune has focused on leading and directing socio -economic development; promoting the effectiveness of programs and projects to support production development and ethnic policies.
