On the afternoon of November 27, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism chaired and coordinated with the Hanoi People's Committee, Vietnam Television and the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists to hold a press conference to announce information about the event "Vietnam Happy Fest 2025 - Vietnam Happy Festival".

The space of this year's event is organized along the streets of Le Thai To - Hang Khay - Dinh Tien Hoang - Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square, where each step will take participants through 13 experience points - such as 13 emotional rhythms: Vietnam Happiness Exhibition; Digital interactive space; Photobooth and art exhibition areas; Happy Tree - where wishes are sent; Happiness prism, Happiness map; Sending happiness to tomorrow; Outdoor activities "Health is happiness"; Happy announcer; All combine into a big flow, telling the story: Happiness is present in every small moment of Vietnamese life.

At the Ly Thai To Monument area, the "Happiness Tree" will receive wishes, gratitude, and sharing from everyone. Each piece of paper hung up is like a seed of kindness, from which happiness is multiplied, spread, and touches the hearts of strangers. At the happiness tree, the organizers give away 80,000 souvenirs to the people and tourists.

Within the framework of the event, there will be many experiential activities such as: Vietnamese costume parade "Bach hoa bi hanh" (December 7). About 800 people in traditional costumes will walk through Hanoi's Old Quarter, as if carrying a thousand years of history shining in the modern era - setting a record for the number of people wearing Vietnamese costumes in the parade.

Workshop "The Lens of Happiness" (December 6-7): Art lovers have the opportunity to listen to experts, practice photography, and find the beauty of ordinary life in each frame. All will create together, spread the beauty of visual arts and send the message "Happy Vietnam" to the community, towards the 2026 Happy Vietnam human rights photo and video contest.

Music night "Happy Vietnam" (December 7): An emotional ending with the participation of many young artists (singer Bui Cong Nam, singer Lam Bao Ngoc,...), open free of charge to locals and tourists.

"Vietnam Happy Fest 2025" is not only a cultural and artistic festival, it is an affirmation that: Vietnam's happiness is built from peace, love, solidarity, and the simplest things. In each activity, the program also sends its attention to the Central region - where people across the country are sharing and supporting each other to overcome difficulties.
