Ha Tinh armed forces launched training according to the motto "Basic, practical, solid", increasing night training, high intensity, in all conditions, close to the mission, target, area, and combat plan.

In 2024, the Ha Tinh armed forces will continue to train according to the motto "Basic, practical, solid". Focus on synchronous, in-depth training, focusing on practice; training to proficiently use existing weapons and equipment; increase night training, high intensity, in all conditions, close to the mission, target, area and combat plan.

Thoroughly grasping the policies, viewpoints and resolutions of superiors on military and defense tasks, agencies and units of Ha Tinh armed forces continue to innovate and improve the effectiveness of training and exercises at all levels.

The provincial armed forces strive to complete 100% of the training content and programs for the subjects, with the number of troops reaching 98% or more, and the training results of 100% of the subjects meeting the requirements; in which, the rate of good and excellent students reaching 80 - 85% or more...

The expected training time for the regular force is 9 months; training for new soldiers is 3 months; training for the DBDV force, including 15 days of cadre training, 7 days of cadre training, 18 days of live-fire drill training, 14 days of non-drill training; training for the militia forces from 15 days to 60 days/year.

Speaking at the training launch ceremony, Lieutenant General Ha Tho Binh - Commander of Military Region 4 said: In order to successfully implement the training contents, goals and targets in 2024, Ha Tinh Military needs to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the resolution of the Central Military Commission, the resolution of the Party Committees at all levels on "Improving the quality of training in the period 2023 - 2030 and the following years"; the situation of the Military Region's military tasks, the combat training orders of the Military Region Commander and the military - defense tasks of the provincial military for the subjects.

Organize serious training, with the right content and enough time for the subjects; promote political and ideological education, create a stronger change in awareness and responsibility, build a high determination, promote internal strength, overcome difficulties to successfully complete training goals.

Strengthen the effectiveness of state management of militia and self-defense forces, focusing on building permanent militia forces in key areas of national defense, security, and borders.

Despite the heavy rain, the training team completed their assigned tasks well.
