Vietnam team's match schedule against Lebanon and India, determined to promote FIFA

In the new rankings announced by FIFA, the Lebanese team has risen 2 places to 114th in the world , 2 places above the Vietnamese team. Meanwhile, due to poor performance at the Intercontinent Cup friendly tournament last September, the Indian team has dropped 2 places and is ranked 126th.

In the most recent confrontation history, the Vietnamese team and the Lebanese team met twice in the 2011 Asian Cup qualifiers. At that time, the Vietnamese team won 3-1 in the first leg at My Dinh Stadium and drew 1-1 in the second leg away.

As for the Indian team, the Vietnamese team has only tried their hand in international friendly matches, one in 2010 (lost 1-3) and one in 2022 under coach Park Hang-seo (won 3-0).

According to the plan, the international friendly matches FIFA Days in October organized by VFF will take place from October 9 to 15, at Thien Truong Stadium ( Nam Dinh province), always receiving enthusiastic cheers from a large number of fans in Thanh Nam.
