Hoi An City Front has received the excellent emulation flag for many years.

With a spirit of solidarity and determination, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoi An city has actively innovated the content and methods of operation, closely following the local political tasks, effectively implementing the Action Program for the 2019-2024 term, achieving many outstanding and remarkable achievements in the activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the city.

Participation in Party building and government building is a highlight in the past term. The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city identified it as a key, regular task, focused on implementing it in depth, achieving many important results; proactively selecting the right content, hitting the issues that people are interested in to carry out monitoring and social criticism activities.

The City Front presided over the organization of 24 monitoring meetings and 9 social criticism conferences. Thereby, the role of representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members, association members and the people has been increasingly promoted effectively.

Regularly innovate methods of mobilizing and helping the poor and people in difficult circumstances; effectively maintain the model of "Joining hands to help households escape poverty sustainably"; negotiate and coordinate actions with member organizations with clear content, clear division of responsibilities, and specific addresses to help poor households stabilize their lives and escape poverty. Maintain the organization of the "Warm Spring - Loving Tet" program, "Zero-VND Markets"... with widespread influence, creating a "bridge" for businesses, organizations, individuals, and philanthropists to directly help the poor in the city.

The City Front has proactively innovated the method of gathering people through the effective implementation and replication of self-management models suitable to the specific conditions of the locality; mobilized people to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas with the motto "using the people's strength to care for the people" associated with the movement to build a cultural lifestyle, build the virtues of Hoi An people "humane - honest" and other patriotic emulation movements... have created a strong spread in the community of residential areas. Striving by 2025, Hoi An city will be recognized as having completed the task of building new rural areas.

In addition to regular tasks, during the past term, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoi An city has effectively carried out key and unprecedented tasks. That is the work of propaganda and mobilization of all classes of people to contribute their efforts and money, and to unite and join hands to carry out the work of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 pandemic. The work of mobilizing, managing and using Covid-19 support sources has been closely carried out by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city; promoting the strength of great national unity, the spirit of mutual love and affection, the traditions and ethics of the Vietnamese people.

As a result, for 5 consecutive years (2019 - 2024), the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoi An city was assessed by the province to have excellently completed its tasks; in 2023, it led the Emulation Cluster of the Delta Cluster, and for many consecutive years was awarded the Excellent Emulation Flag of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.
