Mavin Austfeed is in the “Top 100 sustainable development enterprises - manufacturing industry” in 2025

(Dan Tri) - Mavin Austfeed Joint Stock Company - a member of Mavin Group - has just been recognized in the "Top 100 Sustainable Enterprises in Vietnam 2025 - Manufacturing Industry". This is the first time Mavin Austfeed has participated in the program and been recognized.

The ceremony to announce and honor sustainable Vietnamese enterprises in 2025, coordinated by the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and the Vietnam Business Council for Sustainable Development (VBCSD), was recently held.

CSI 100 is an annual assessment and announcement program for sustainable development enterprises in Vietnam, implemented by VCCI since 2015. The program uses the Corporate Sustainability Index (CSI) - a management tool according to international standards, comprehensively designed to evaluate the performance of enterprises on all three pillars: economic - social - environmental.

2025 marks 10 years of implementing the CSI Program, with many improvements to encourage businesses to move from “compliance” to “innovation” on the journey of sustainable development.

This year's index set includes 145 indicators, of which the proportion of advanced indicators increased to 41% and for the first time integrated the requirement of "analysis of key issues" for businesses to build strategies associated with stakeholders.

CSI 2025 also applies technology and AI for the first time in the scoring system, ensuring transparency, fairness and objectivity with appraisal by central ministries and branches.

Mavin Austfeed, with more than 20 years of experience in the field of animal feed processing, has continuously invested in modernizing factories towards automation, digitalization and environmental friendliness.

The company's initiatives help to use energy efficiently and reduce emissions such as applying systems: skylight roofs to maximize natural light, optimizing electricity through inverter systems, using biomass technology, boiler exhaust gas is cleaned with water instead of being discharged into the environment...

In the roadmap to reduce emissions towards the future, the company is implementing a rooftop solar power project, replacing all forklifts with electric vehicles in operation...

Not only focusing on technology, Mavin Austfeed also focuses on creating a happy working environment with equal welfare policies, encouraging creativity and career development for employees. Achieving the CSI 100 title this year is a worthy result for the positive transformation journey that the business has steadfastly pursued over the past 21 years.

Speaking about this event, a representative of Mavin Group said: "The fact that Mavin Austfeed was honored in its first participation is a great pride, and also a solid affirmation of Mavin's long-term commitment on the path of sustainable development."

In recent years, Mavin Group has continuously promoted ESG strategies, released Sustainability Reports (SDRs) from 2023 and became the first agricultural enterprise in Vietnam to successfully access the green loan package (SLL) of HSBC bank.

Mavin is also an enterprise that actively implements community initiatives such as livelihood support, environmental protection, education development and employee welfare.

The CSI 100 Award is a clear recognition of the tireless efforts of Mavin Austfeed in particular and Mavin Group in general in moving towards a modern, responsible and inclusive agriculture - for a sustainable Vietnam by 2050.
