MISA signed a cooperation agreement on developing digital technology enterprises in Hanoi for the period 2024 - 2025
The signing ceremony was within the framework of the Conference on implementing the "Plan for developing Vietnamese digital technology enterprises in Hanoi until 2025" organized by the Hanoi Department of Information and Communications. The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Bui Hoang Phuong; Deputy Director of the Department of Information and Communications Industry, Ministry of Information and Communications Nguyen Thien Nghia; Director of the Hanoi Department of Information and Communications Nguyen Viet Hung and representatives of associations and enterprises of Hanoi City. On the side of MISA, there was the participation of General Director of MISA Dinh Thi Thuy, Director of Digital Transformation Trinh Van Bien. Under the witness of Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Bui Hoang Phuong and leaders of ministries and branches, Ms. Dinh Thi Thuy - General Director of MISA represented the company to sign the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation "Program for coordinating the development of the incubator for innovative IT enterprises in Hanoi City for the period 2024 - 2025". Specifically, according to the agreement, MISA and the Department of Information and Communications will organize seminars and conferences on digital transformation and innovation, sharing knowledge and experience to promote the application of information technology in state agencies. MISA will also support consulting experts, training and advising on projects at the HBI-IT Incubator, helping start-up projects improve quality and success rate. In addition, MISA commits to supporting and offering incentives for digital technology solutions for businesses and startups, and considering capital investment for potential projects. Every year, the parties will sign a specific implementation plan and periodically organize a preliminary and final review to evaluate the cooperation results and determine the next cooperation content. This is an important step, creating a premise for MISA to accompany ministries, branches and localities in a comprehensive and extensive digital transformation; as well as carrying out the mission of serving and pioneering in accompanying the National Digital Transformation Program to 2025, with a vision to 2030.

Accordingly, MISA commits to fully allocate resources and the best IT solutions to provide maximum support for IT business incubators in Hanoi. In addition, MISA continues to focus on innovation to research, develop and expand the digital platform ecosystem, meeting the diverse needs of social life. At the same time, MISA also continuously applies the latest technologies in the world to its products and services such as Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain, etc.
Mr. Nguyen Viet Hung, Director of the Hanoi Department of Information and Communications, said that developing digital technology enterprises is an important task to develop the capital's ICT digital economy.
With the spirit of "Government accompanies - Enterprises contribute ideas - Economic development", Director of the Department of Information and Communications Nguyen Viet Hung shared that the signed memorandum of understanding is the basis for the information technology industry and the digital technology business community in the city to increasingly develop, strongly promoting the development of digital government, digital economy and digital society of the city. Besides the signing ceremony of the "Coordination program to develop the incubator for innovative IT businesses in Hanoi for the period 2024 - 2025", the Hanoi Department of Information and Communications also signed the "Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation on developing digital technology businesses in Hanoi for the period 2024 - 2025" with the Vietnam Software and IT Services Association (VINASA); "Plan to implement the coordination program on promoting digital transformation, building a smart Hanoi in 2024" with the Hanoi Information Technology and Telecommunications Association; "Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in developing digital technology enterprises and promoting digital transformation in small and medium enterprises in Hanoi for the period 2024 - 2025" with the Hanoi Association of Small and Medium Enterprises. Attending the Conference as a leading technology enterprise in Vietnam, MISA pledged to continue to focus on investing in innovation and creativity to accompany the Center for Training and Consulting on Information Technology to make the most of the potential of science and technology to develop the Hanoi IT business incubator.
