Responding to Dan Tri reporters on the sidelines of the discussion, Associate Professor Dr. Huynh Quyet Thang, Director of Hanoi University of Science and Technology, said that in terms of talent attraction alone, this is the largest project ever. The school hopes that this will be a breakthrough because having excellent people will lead to many positive changes.
