BAC GIANG - Through cybersecurity efforts, on August 11th, the Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention Department of the Bac Giang Provincial Police, in coordination with the Administrative Management Department and the Tan Yen District Police, conducted an investigation into Mr. GVV (born in 1996), residing in Tan Trung commune, Tan Yen district, regarding his online trading of PCP firearms.

During questioning by authorities, GVV confessed to purchasing gun parts online, then assembling them into complete firearms before selling them on his YouTube channel, Bao Tin PCP Accessories. When customers placed orders, V would ship the goods via passenger bus.
After working with authorities and realizing that his actions violated the law, GVV voluntarily surrendered the infringing items, including: 4 PCP air rifles and nearly 100 components used to assemble and manufacture PCP air rifles.
The case has now been handed over to the Tan Yen District Police for verification and handling in accordance with the law.

To prevent this, the Veterans' Associations at all levels in Bac Giang province have launched a campaign to encourage "exemplary veterans in recovering weapons, explosives, and supporting tools from the people." This contributes to ensuring security and order, and maintaining peace in villages and hamlets.
