In line with these positive changes, the Thanh Hoa education sector has set forth and committed to effectively implementing the 2018 General Education Program this school year, organizing two-session-per-day teaching suitable to local conditions. It will maintain and improve the quality of comprehensive and specialized education. It will continue to review, plan, and develop the school network to suit socio -economic conditions, meet the learning needs of the people, and align with the administrative unit restructuring and the development of a two-tiered local government model. In particular, it will strengthen the development of school culture; educate on ethics, lifestyle, and life skills; and effectively implement programs to prevent school violence, drug abuse, crime, and ensure food safety.

The sound of the school bell at the beginning of each school year reminds us that education is more than just a career; it is a journey of building the future. The 2025-2026 school year also marks the beginning of the 20th Provincial Party Congress of Thanh Hoa province. Therefore, this will be the first school year in which the Thanh Hoa education sector, along with the entire province, will demonstrate high determination, great effort, and decisive, effective action to achieve the educational goals set forth in the congress resolution. This is a profoundly meaningful time, an ideal time for a new "sowing season" filled with hope and faith.
