In particular, it will strengthen the building of school culture; education on ethics, lifestyle, life skills; effectively implementing programs to prevent school violence, drugs, crime, food safety, etc.

The 2025-2026 school year begins, which is also the time when Thanh Hoa province organizes the 20th Provincial Party Congress, so this will be the first school year that the Thanh Hoa education sector and the whole province are highly determined, make great efforts and take drastic and effective actions to achieve the educational goals set out in the congress resolution.
