The 2025-2026 school year also marks the beginning of the 20th Provincial Party Congress of Thanh Hoa province. Therefore, this will be the first school year in which the Thanh Hoa education sector, along with the entire province, will demonstrate high determination, great effort, and decisive, effective action to achieve the educational goals set forth in the congress resolution. This is a profoundly meaningful time, an ideal time for a new "sowing season" filled with hope and faith.
