Accordingly, at around 5:00 p.m. yesterday (September 13), heavy rain and strong winds passed through Tan Hung town, Hung Dien B commune, Hung Thanh, causing the roofs of 5 houses to be blown off.

The rain accompanied by a strong storm also caused an LED light pole on 30-4 Street (behind Tan Hung Town Secondary School) to collapse, injuring Mr. Tran Van Binh (42 years old). This resident was taken to the District Medical Center for emergency treatment and is now in stable condition.

According to the Chairman of Tan Hung District People's Committee, that same night, local authorities and militia forces from communes and towns quickly arrived at the houses of households whose roofs were blown off to encourage, support, and re-roof and repair their houses to stabilize their lives.
