Nam Dinh: AI training for startups brings results beyond expectations

The course was held from April 9-11, 2025, organized by the Department of Science and Technology of Nam Dinh province in collaboration with the Institute of Technology Application and Human Resource Development Training (ITAT). The course aims to support small and medium-sized enterprises in accessing artificial intelligence (AI) technology in a practical application direction, close to the scale and operating conditions of local enterprises. This is an activity under the program to support digital transformation and innovation for the startup community that the province is actively implementing.

From technological thinking to practical operational capacity, many businesses participating in the course have recorded clear changes. Many students were initially unfamiliar with AI technology, but after the course, they confidently applied it to their daily work such as optimizing advertising campaigns, enhancing customer interaction, improving internal management processes and building effective digital content.

But when I had a systematic approach and practiced closely with the small business model, I was really surprised. The organizing committee supported very enthusiastically from software installation, familiarizing with the tools to building a specific application roadmap. This is truly a very practical program.”

Many businesses highly appreciate the professional quality and organization of the program, especially the support of the team of experts from ITAT Institute. The lecturers are considered to be approachable, grasp the actual needs of businesses and focus on practice, providing specific guidance in the form of "hand-holding and showing how to do things".
