People's Artist Huu Quoc appeared in the MV Vietnam Forever Progressing by singer Minh Sang. Notably, he was in charge of reading the proclamation - the most valuable emotional highlight of the product.
The proclamation performed by Huu Quoc: "The Vietnamese blood is forever red. It has merged with the sacred mountains and rivers. So that Dien Bien is famous in five continents. So that Hoang Sa - Truong Sa will forever be strong. This is the oath of today's youth. We vow to uphold the national flag. Vietnam is strong, Vietnam is indomitable, Vietnam will forever be independent".
Singer Minh Sang said that he initially planned to have a rapper rap in the middle of the MV. But when he implemented the idea of reading a proclamation, he felt the song was much more sacred.
Sharing with VietNamNet, People's Artist Huu Quoc agreed to contribute his voice in the MV after listening to the song and the unique idea of reading the proclamation. He is Minh Sang - a young singer who is passionate about the propaganda music genre, aiming at the national spirit, consciously combining with valuable assets to preserve and spread to the younger generation.

The male artist believes that art is the closest bridge to spread cultural values and patriotism.
At each stage of cultural and artistic development, new works that promote national spirit and the heroic sacrifices of soldiers who day and night protect the country and the sea are essential to inspire young people's self-esteem and national spirit, thereby making them more proud of the history of building and defending the country of their ancestors.
"As an artist of traditional theater, when invited to participate in young people's projects, I often incorporate traditional values into their new works so that young audiences can feel more deeply the spirit of the song," he said.
The reading of the proclamation by People's Artist Huu Quoc in the MV "Vietnam forever marches forward"
Recalling his "stormy" appearance with the performance Da co hoai lang at the program Anh trai vu ngan cong gai , People's Artist Huu Quoc said he never thought the combination between him and the talents of Mut Gung company would spread and be loved by young audiences so much.
After Anh trai vu ngan cong gia (The brother who overcame thousands of obstacles) , he was invited to perform this act 9 times on different stages. The 7X artist was happy and joyful when he saw young people enthusiastically singing along, falling silent and then bursting out with him and the artists.
"This helps me understand more about how young people today enjoy art. You have a different life from our time, of course you have to choose youthful, modern art forms. If artists know how to filter and incorporate traditional art at a moderate level and stage it to touch emotions, young audiences will have more of a feeling of 'returning'. Returning to traditional values and returning to old but not outdated features! I am grateful for these collaborations and am always ready for the next projects to spread the national spirit together," the People's Artist confided.

MV Vietnam Forever Progressing (composed by Nguyen Tran Minh Son) is the way singer Minh Sang pays tribute to the soldiers who guard the peace of the Fatherland day and night on the occasion of the 81st anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2025). This is also the first music product to combine the form of proclamation reading.
The product also features the voices of many champions and runners-up such as: Le Xuan Nghi, Ngoc Tram, Vo Duc Tri - 3 runners-up of The Voice Vietnam , Tuyet Mai - champion of Let's listen to me sing , along with singers Thai Bao and Duc Quang.
Singer Minh Sang started his career from the Voice Contest on Ho Chi Minh City People's Radio in 2007, then made his mark in big playgrounds such as: Ho Chi Minh City Television Singing Star, The Voice of Vietnam, The X-Factor or music game shows such as Love Storyteller , Shining Star Couple .
With nearly 20 years of experience, Minh Sang wants to direct his singing to the community. Before Vietnam Forever Progresses , he was welcomed when he released the MV "Brightening Vietnamese Youth" last October.
