On the morning of October 26th, the Provincial Subcommittee on Cybersecurity organized a conference to disseminate legal documents on ensuring cybersecurity. Attending the conference were Colonel Nguyen Hong Phong – Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of the Provincial Police, and Deputy Head of the Standing Sub-committee on Cybersecurity of the province; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau – Deputy Head of the Sub-committee on Cybersecurity of the province, along with representatives from relevant departments and agencies. The conference was connected online to the People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities throughout the province. |

At the conference, delegates were briefed on topics such as "The situation of cybersecurity and the prevention and control of high-tech crimes"; "The views, guidelines, and policies of the Party and State on ensuring cybersecurity and preventing and controlling high-tech crimes"; and some key tasks in implementing Government Decree 53 dated August 15, 2022, detailing some provisions of the Law on Cybersecurity; and Government Decree 13 dated July 14, 2023, on the protection of personal data...
Colonel Nguyen Hong Phong, Director of the Provincial Police, presented two reports related to ensuring cybersecurity.
At the conference, delegates also discussed, exchanged, and shared experiences and solutions to overcome difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing cybersecurity measures.
These are important contents aimed at raising awareness, responsibility, and skills for leaders and officials of agencies, units, and localities in advising and organizing the implementation of regulations, legal documents, and solutions to ensure safety and security in cyberspace.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau delivered a speech at the conference.
Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau said: In the past period, the Provincial People's Committee in general and the Provincial Cybersecurity Subcommittee in particular have implemented many measures and given decisive direction on ensuring cybersecurity and protecting state secrets in cyberspace... effectively serving the application of information technology, administrative procedure reform, digital transformation, and building a digital government in the province.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that units and localities continue to study and provide training and further instruction to officials and employees in their respective units and localities on the contents related to legal documents on ensuring cybersecurity.
Continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of advisory and state management work in the field of cybersecurity; strengthen efforts to ensure information security.
