240 trainees who are women's union officials from communes, wards and towns in Ha Tinh were imparted knowledge and skills on poverty reduction, new rural construction and family happiness.

On the morning of September 11, the Ha Tinh Women's Union held the opening ceremony of a training course on capacity building for grassroots cadres on poverty reduction, new rural development and fostering Vietnamese family values. Attending the program were representatives of leaders of a number of provincial departments, branches and sectors.

Vice President of the Provincial Women's Union Truong Thi Luong opened the training course.

The training program aims to continue equipping grassroots women's union officials with knowledge and skills on poverty reduction policies, the role of the union organization in implementing poverty reduction work; and to foster and preserve the good values ​​of Vietnamese families to meet the requirements of tasks in the new context.

Director of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Ha Tinh province Nguyen Tri Lac presented the topic "Overview of poverty reduction policy".

At the training course, trainees were exposed to 4 topics: overview of poverty reduction policies; the role of women's unions in implementing current poverty reduction work; behavioral culture and building happy families in the 4.0 era; some policies of Ha Tinh province in developing agriculture , rural areas, and farmers.

The training program takes place over 1 day (September 11).
