This is not only a purely professional sports event, but also has special political and social significance, towards the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Public Security Forces (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2025). Through the event, the image of the police officer is increasingly evident - not only professionally skilled but also physically strong, steadfast in character and always ready to complete the task of protecting peace for the people. On the evening of July 26, 2025, in Hanoi, the opening ceremony of the Congress and Competition took place solemnly, meaningfully and emotionally with the art program and epic "The Flame from the Heart" imbued with Vietnamese culture with the theme "Aspiration to Shine"; Special performances in the festival include the CAND martial arts performance of 38 and 44 movements, Mai Hoa Quyen and 35 movements combined with different positions; witnessing 800 CAND officers and soldiers forming the letter 80 years of CAND...

With the participation of more than 4,000 officers and soldiers from 126 delegations and 26 teams nationwide, the event brought a fierce and emotional competitive atmosphere. The diverse competition contents, including high-performance sports , regulations, shooting, martial arts... not only tested physical strength but also demonstrated the professional level, response skills and coordination ability in real combat of the police force. This is an opportunity for units to learn, compete, share experiences and work together towards the goal of building a regular, elite and modern police force.

Taking place on the afternoon of August 1, 2025, the Closing Ceremony was the highlight of a journey of hard work and pride. The Organizing Committee awarded 169 sets of medals to athletes with high achievements at the Sports Festival and 195 prizes at the Competition. At the same time, many outstanding collectives and individuals were also recognized and honored for their outstanding contributions.
In the overall ranking, Ho Chi Minh City Police excellently won the first position, followed by Hanoi City Police and K02 Mobile Police Command ranked second and third respectively. These achievements are the result of serious training, high determination and close coordination in each competition. Not only stopping at numbers and medals, the greatest meaning that this Congress and Competition brings is the encouragement and motivation for the entire force to continue training, maintain political will, improve physical strength and discipline. This is also a practical way to promote the emulation movement "For National Security" in the whole industry, especially in the context that the People's Public Security force is constantly innovating and modernizing to meet the requirements of the new situation.

By accompanying the 9th "For National Security" Health Congress and the 6th Public Security Command, Military and Martial Arts Competition, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development (BIDV) has contributed to creating a meaningful Congress and Competition to honor the strength, bravery and spirit of continuous training of the Vietnam Public Security Forces.
The “For National Security” Health Congress and the Competition of Command, Military and Martial Arts of the People's Public Security Forces have truly become a great festival for the entire force. This is not only a place for competition but also an opportunity to honor officers and soldiers who possess full professional capacity and moral qualities, spreading the image of brave and dedicated police officers for the people. Closing an event with many emotions and beliefs about the generation of police officers in the new era - physically strong, strong in will, and standards of conduct are even stronger in the hearts of the people and the public.
