Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam, Lang Son branch, presents gifts to Mau Son Commune Kindergarten, Cao Loc District - Lang Son Newspaper and Radio and Television Station

- On April 25, the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam ( BIDV ) Lang Son Branch organized a scholarship and gift giving program for Mau Son Kindergarten, Cao Loc District on the occasion of the 68th anniversary of the bank's establishment (April 26, 1957 - April 26, 2025). This is a meaningful activity to share difficulties and support education in a mountainous commune with many shortages.

During the program, BIDV Bank Lang Son Branch presented practical gifts including equipment for school activities such as: ceiling fans, cabinets, beds, water heaters and 15 scholarships, each worth 500,000 VND, for students in difficult circumstances. The total value of the gifts was 22 million VND. These gifts not only contributed to improving learning conditions but also encouraged the spirit of students and teachers in the commune.

Mau Son commune is one of the particularly difficult communes of Cao Loc district, with over 17% of poor households. Currently, the commune has 2 villages with over 400 people, people's lives mainly depend on agriculture . The terrain of the commune is mainly mountainous, with difficult traffic. Mau Son commune kindergarten consists of one main school and two other schools (Khuoi Phieng, Khuoi Deng). The farthest school is more than 10 km from the commune center. The schools often lack facilities and learning materials.
