Apply artificial intelligence, virtual tourism assistants and other advanced technologies to serve tourists, communities, businesses and state management agencies on tourism. Support businesses to approach customers through online tourism, apply virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technology, build 360-degree videos to serve tourists, combine building and deploying tourism solutions through images for important historical and cultural relics of the province to serve tourists. Establish a QR Code system at key relics, upgrade the data bank of intangible cultural heritages and the website of Cultural Celebrity Nguyen Dinh Chieu.
The digitization of relics is set out in the roadmap to digitize 2 relics each year and survey the effectiveness of the application to develop 100% of tourist destinations in the whole province by 2030. According to the plan, in 2023, the tourism sector will focus on digital transformation in the following contents: maintaining the operation of the "Tourism Information Portal and Smart Tourism Application - digital tourism map on VNPT Smart Tourism mobile devices"; building tourism solutions for all tourists from the time they arrive to and leave the province. The content of implementing digital transformation of islets, tourism areas, digital transformation of the provincial tourism area "Ho Chi Minh Trail at Sea Relic" in Thanh Phu district, digital transformation of Cai Ga islet, Long Thoi commune, Cho Lach district.
