
At the ceremony, 15 outstanding individuals were honored, selected from 150 inspirational faces across the country. They are all living proof of the spirit of effort, persistent dedication and practical contributions to the community.
People's Artisan Tan Van Sieu, a Red Dao ethnic group from Ta Chai village, Ta Phin commune, Lao Cai province, is one of 15 individuals honored in the fields of culture, arts, and sports for the community.

With more than 50 years of dedication to preserving ethnic culture, Mr. Tan Van Sieu has collected and recorded more than 300 ancient Pao Dung songs and the rituals of coming to rank, weddings, and funerals of the Red Dao people; taught Pao Dung singing to more than 1,200 young students, contributing to maintaining the next generation and bringing Pao Dung art to the community and schools. He is also a highly prestigious person in the ethnic community, actively participating in the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life". Mr. Tan Van Sieu was awarded the title of People's Artisan in 2022 by the President .
The honored individuals received Honorary Symbols, Certificates, Honorary Cups and 30 million VND from the Organizing Committee, Dai Doan Ket Newspaper and SABECO .
The "Honoring Inspirers" Award is a national award to honor inspirational individuals who have the will to rise up in life and quietly spread humanistic values and the spirit of beautiful living in the community.
The award was launched in October 2025. The local Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees coordinated with the Organizing Committee to select and nominate outstanding faces.
