On his personal page, musician Nguyen Van Chung shared that he and singer Nguyen Duyen Quynh "received a task from the Department of Political Work, Ministry of Public Security ", which was to work with the People's Security College I to make the MV "Vow for Peace" .

MV "Swear for Peace" was released on the evening of August 12, to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Vietnam People's Public Security Forces' Traditional Day, the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day September 2.

Vow to be peaceful is a 'mission' from the heart

So was the song "ordered" by the Ministry of Public Security? Responding to Tuoi Tre Online , the musician said "the song was not born from any order but is a gift, the affection that Duyen Quynh and I have for the People's Public Security force".

Nguyen Van Chung added that all his articles about his homeland and country come from his heart, without any "orders".

The musician said the song was written at the exact time he was assigned to "fuel" the A50, interacting with and encouraging police officers who were practicing for the April 30 parade.

The concentration, the drops of sweat and the silent pride on the young soldier's face awakened the emotions and urged the artist to take up the pen and shortly after the song was born. Duyen Quynh performed the song in some shows but only now made the MV.

Originally, the song was titled Responsibility and Pride , but a friend - also a police officer - suggested the new title , Oath for Peace .

MV Swear for peace

The oath of peace is the oath of the police force.

At the press conference to launch the MV on the afternoon of August 12, singer Nguyen Duyen Quynh said that her family has members in the military, so since she was a child she loved soldiers in both the police and military forces and wanted to spread positive energy to the community through her lyrics and singing.

MV "Swear for Peace" has support from many units in the People's Public Security force.

People's Security College I, the Department of Political Work - Ministry of Public Security, the Mobile Police Command and the A50 Training and Deployment Command accompanied, opened a training ground, sent lecturers and students to guide professional skills, support equipment and ensure safety.

Thanks to that, the MV was filmed right in a real training environment, with operations, exercises and daily activities of students and soldiers.

Duyen Quynh confided that the MV does not have sparkling stages or gorgeous dresses, only hot sun, shouting commands, dust and rapid breathing on the training ground.

With realistic frames, this is her way of getting closer to the stories of soldiers, and also a way for music to touch real life.

Colonel, Dr. Tran Dinh Quy - Vice Principal of People's Security College 1 - said that the song "Oath for Peace" is not just a simple song, it is also an oath, a passion, a love for the Fatherland and the People's Public Security force.

The song, titled " The Road to School Has Flowers," will have a music video produced, with singer Nguyen Duyen Quynh performing with the V-Art Symphony Orchestra.

The song's MV will be released simultaneously on the official channels of musician Nguyen Van Chung, singer Nguyen Duyen Quynh and the Fund for Disabled Children in Vietnam.

All profits from digital platforms will be donated to programs and projects of the Vietnam Fund for Children with Disabilities.

In addition, musician Nguyen Van Chung hopes that instead of giving him flowers or gifts, fans will send "Love You" flowers to disabled children through the account of the Fund for Vietnamese Children.

To him, these will be the most beautiful flowers, giving disabled children more opportunities to go to school and nurture their dreams.
