A strange and interesting ice phenomenon has appeared on many high mountain peaks in the provinces of Cao Bang , Yen Bai, and Lao Cai.

The cold air has intensified in the Northern region, causing the temperature to drop sharply, especially in high mountainous areas where the temperature has dropped below 0 degrees Celsius, causing frost. This causes the treetops, ground and rocks in the area to be covered with a thin layer of ice and snow, creating a beautiful scene. According to the forecast of the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, in the Northwest region in the next few days, it will be very cold.
