This is an important event of Hoa Binh province to promote and introduce the potential, strengths, beautiful natural landscapes, unique cultural identities of the ethnic groups of Hoa Binh province; the special national archaeological relics of Hang Xom Trai and Mai Da Lang Vanh and attractive tourist destinations; introduce products from Da River fish and shrimp, agricultural products, typical OCOP products of the province to attract domestic and international tourists.

The 2024 Hoa Binh Culture- Tourism Week takes place with attractive activities such as: Fishing Worship Ceremony, releasing flower lanterns on the Da River taking place from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on November 15 in the downstream area of ​​the river, flower garden, walking street, Da Giang street, Phuong Lam ward, Hoa Binh city; Opening of the 2024 art photo exhibition with the theme "Beauty of Culture-Tourism of Hoa Binh province" from 3:00 p.m. on November 16-18 at Hoa Binh Square; Ceremony to receive the certificate of ranking as a special national monument of Hang Xom Trai, Mai Da Lang Vanh and Opening of the Culture-Tourism Week of Hoa Binh province on November 16; Organizing to take visitors to visit the Hoa Binh Lake tourist area on November 16 at tourist attractions on the Hoa Binh Lake tourist area; Opening of the Festival of Ethnic Costumes of Hoa Binh Province, from 8:00 p.m. on November 17, at Hoa Binh Square; Agricultural Forum with the theme: "Agricultural promotion associated with agricultural tourism, green growth and sustainable development".
