Currently, Hanoi has over 3,700 accommodation establishments with over 71,200 rooms, including 30 hotels and apartment complexes rated 5 stars. The number of unregistered tourist accommodation establishments is over 3,670 with over 59,200 rooms.

According to the Hanoi Department of Tourism, on September 2, tourists have many options to experience and explore the capital during the holiday. Museums under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism are open free of charge to serve the people and international visitors (from September 1 to September 3).
The Vietnam Contemporary Arts Theater also opens its doors to the public free of charge with water puppet shows and attractive art and music programs.
Some tourist areas and spots in the city also organize many free experiential activities for visitors such as making mosaic paintings, weaving ceramic bracelets and making recycled ceramic paintings at Bat tourist spot, free tickets to visit heritage sites and watch water puppet shows at Thang Long Imperial Citadel heritage site, guided tours to explore 54 ethnic groups...
Tourist areas and attractions in the city have proactively built many diverse and rich tourism products to meet the sightseeing and entertainment needs of residents and tourists.
On the occasion of the September 2nd holiday this year, the Hanoi Department of Tourism continues to coordinate with the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Protection Command to deploy services for people and visitors, and plans to present 35,000 gifts to visitors on September 3rd.

Ninh Binh, Quang Ninh promises to be exciting
Hanoi attracts tourists on the days of preliminary and final rehearsals for the parade and march to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day, September 2, while nearby tourist attractions attract visitors before the holiday.
Thung Nham Eco-tourism Area (Ninh Binh) welcomed a large number of visitors right from the first day of the holiday, with high room occupancy: 100% for deluxe rooms, 83% for villas, and 66% for stilt houses. All preparations to welcome a large number of visitors have been completed.
In Ha Long, the peak time falls on the first two days of the holiday and the main holiday on September 2. A representative of Paradise Vietnam said that during this holiday, Vietnamese tourists using overnight cruises only account for 20%, the rest are international tourists.
Hanoi remains the focus of this year's National Day holiday.
