Many schools in Le Thuy district (Quang Binh province) were flooded, school facilities were severely affected.

"Currently, some schools have cleaned up mud to welcome students back to school, while flooded schools will move as the flood recedes. For students in flooded areas who cannot go to school, the school will arrange extra tutoring or online classes," said Mr. Nguyen Van Vung.
