Mr. Truong Minh Tam, Principal of Phan Chu Trinh High School (Vinh Hai Commune), said: “Due to heavy rain and flooding of the schoolyard and nearby roads, the school allowed students to take time off from the third lesson on the morning of December 10th. Local authorities assisted students in safely returning home. The school elevated its property and proactively allowed students to take the afternoon off. Currently, the school continues to monitor weather developments and reminds subject departments to prepare lesson plans, equipment, and internet connections for online teaching on December 11th if the rain and flooding continue.”
