Nhu Xuan: Operating the model activities of Party committees, People's Councils, and People's Committees of new communes after the rearrangement

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - On the morning of June 19, Nhu Xuan District Party Committee held a conference to operate the model activities of Party Committees, People's Councils, and People's Committees of new communes after the reorganization. The conference was held in a combination of in-person and online connections to the new communes' bridge points.

Comrade Luong Thi Hoa, Secretary of the Nhu Xuan District Party Committee, chaired the bridge to operate the model situation of the Nhu Xuan Commune Party Committee.

Comrade Le Van Thuan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council chaired the bridge to operate the Thanh Quan Commune People's Council case model.

Comrade Nguyen Duc Dong, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Committee chaired the bridge to operate the Thanh Phong Commune People's Committee case model.

Attending the conference at 6 locations were members of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee; personnel expected to be assigned as Party Committee Secretaries; personnel expected to participate in the Party Executive Committees of new communes; personnel expected to be heads of the Party Building Committee, heads of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee, heads of People's Committee departments, and deputy heads of new Commune People's Council Committees.

Immediately after the opening speech of Comrade Luong Thi Hoa, Secretary of the District Party Committee, delegates at the new commune bridge points followed the Nhu Xuan commune bridge point, one of the three units selected by the District Party Committee Standing Committee as a pilot model, to conduct a rehearsal of the content: The Nhu Xuan Commune Party Committee operates and organizes a conference to decide on the establishment of a specialized agency to advise and assist the Party Committee and establish a Party Committee and Party cell of the commune agency.

Next, the delegates were able to monitor the Thanh Quan commune bridge point to conduct a scenario exercise of the Commune People's Council operating and organizing the first session, term 2021-2026 to carry out the procedural steps and work content related to the organization and staff of the Commune People's Council and People's Committee.

At Thanh Phong commune bridge point, the People's Committee of the commune organized the (first) meeting to review and approve the Working Regulations, the Work Program of the People's Committee and related contents.

The contents are implemented seriously and scientifically , ensuring smoothness and promoting the effectiveness of management and operation of the new commune-level local government. Thereby, affirming the proactiveness and readiness of the locality in organizing and implementing the 2-level local government model.

This is an important preparatory step to comprehensively review human resources, facilities and operating procedures, as a basis for the new commune-level government to officially come into operation from July 1, 2025, ensuring continuity, efficiency, and better service to people and businesses.
