Ninja Van responds to controversy over the closure of its subsidiary in Vietnam.

Ninja Van Group has just issued a statement to the Vietnamese press regarding the controversy surrounding a technology company specializing in logistics, which is temporarily suspending operations in Vietnam to resolve issues related to delayed salary and social insurance payments for its employees.

There are three temporary offices in Vietnam: Ho Chi Minh City, Vinh, and Hanoi . ECRM Nobita is known for developing customer relationship management software solutions for online businesses.

Regarding this matter, Ninja Van Group stated that it is the sole owner and shareholder of ECRM Nobita. However, within the scope of the mutual agreement reached between the two parties, ECRM Nobita's subsidiary in Vietnam is permitted to operate completely independently.

Upon being notified by ECRM Nobita's staff, the corporation contacted them and began discussions to gather information for finding suitable partners.

The process for resolving the issue has been revealed. Accordingly, on September 10th, Ninja Van Corporation held an online meeting with all employees from three different cities. Throughout the meeting, Ninja Van Corporation presented the reasons for the meeting, and afterwards, the corporation's team conducted in-person discussions with the employees.

In addition, the company has noted all the questions and concerns of each employee and has forwarded them to the leadership of Ninja Van Group.

As the owner of ECRM Nobita, Ninja Van is committed to fulfilling all its obligations and taking all possible actions to thoroughly resolve the issues faced by the ECRM staff.

The top priority is to address the delays in wage and social insurance payments, ensuring this will not happen again.

By September 20th, Ninja Van Corporation had completed the payment of overdue salaries into ECRM employee Nobita's bank account.

"Over the past week, we have accelerated our efforts to regain control of the payroll system and bank accounts in order to facilitate the recovery process. This ensures that we can handle future payroll payment issues, and we remain in the process of reviewing the overall situation at ECRM Nobita," Ninja Van stated in a press release.

At the same time, this unit also emphasized that ECRM Nobita is completely separate from Ninja Van Vietnam's core transportation operations.
