*NVL: The Board of Directors of No Va Real Estate Investment Group Corporation ( Novaland , stock code: NVL) has just announced a change in the company's personnel. The company said that Mr. Long borrowed the above amount to serve the needs of business activities. Mr. Long can receive the loan once or many times. The loan term is within 6 months from the date of borrowing. The maximum loan interest rate is 8%/year. The overdue interest rate is 150% of the interest rate.

*KBC: Mr. Dang Thanh Tam, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation (stock code: KBC) recently registered to sell 86.55 million KBC shares (equivalent to 11.27% of capital). The transaction is expected to take place from January 2 to January 28, 2025, through order matching or negotiation on the stock exchange.
After completion, the number of shares held by Mr. Dang Thanh Tam will decrease to 52.12 million units, equivalent to 6.79% of charter capital.
On the other hand, DTT Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, the company with Mr. Dang Thanh Tam as Director, also registered to buy exactly 86.55 million KBC shares. The transaction was carried out at the same time and method as above.
Previously, from November 25 to December 24, Mr. Dang Thanh Tam could not complete the transfer of the registered shares because he had not completed the procedures at the competent authority. Before that, from September 9 to October 8, the transaction of Kinh Bac Chairman was also not carried out for the same reason.

*HNP: Hanel Plastic Foam Joint Stock Company (stock code: HNP) pays interim cash dividend for 2024, rate 6%. Ex-right date is January 9, 2025.
*NKG: Nam Kim Steel Joint Stock Company (stock code: NKG) recently announced the results of issuing shares to increase share capital from equity (bonus shares), after being approved by the State Securities Commission.
Accordingly, Nam Kim Steel has distributed 52.65 million shares to shareholders with the exercise ratio of 100:20, meaning that shareholders owning 100 shares will receive 20 new shares. The remaining 1,389 odd shares will be canceled. At the end of the issuance, Nam Kim increased the total number of outstanding shares to 315.93 million shares.
